The illegal consumption of music is becoming more stringent while some new modes of piracy are developing.
Indeed, stream-ripping and mobile phone downloads are becoming more and more popular. Following, the stream-ripping technique, streaming content such as Youtube videos are converted into mp3 illegally. In 2015, 200 million more people used the stream-ripping technique. There is therefore an urgent need for law enforcement agencies to propose a new frame adapted to these new modes of piracy.
