ANCINE « Agência Nacional do Cinema » in Brazil is working on improving regulatory and fund raising procedures through a centralization in a single system of all data related to the agents, companies and Brazilian Product Certificate (« Certificado de Produto Brasileiro) registered with ANCINE.
On March 7, 2018, ANCINE issued a notice requiring all economic agents registered before ANCINE to update their information before March 31, 2018. This will help reduce bureaucracy and expedite procedures.
